Paulaner Salvator is the first beer brewed by the Paulaner monks. Do you know what nickname the monks gave the beer?

During Lent, the Paulaner monks were not allowed to eat. So they brewed a beer so strong and rich that it could replace a whole meal. They therefore also called the beer "liquid bread" and so our Paulaner Salvator was born.
