Our brewmasters have invested all their knowledge and passion to develop the exact composition of taste and colour. The result: more wheat malt and fruit aroma, less yeast. The fine foaming clarity of our beer is the result of our special gentle filtration process. Incidentally, the predecessor of our Weißbier Kristallklar was called “Champagne Export” in the early fifties - and is still the champagne of Weissbiers today. That is why it goes perfectly with fine dishes like poached fish or cheesecake with blueberries.
