Our Beer

Paulaner Hefe-Weissbier Dunkel

Compared to pale wheat beer, dark wheat beer has a greater dark malted wheat content, hence its enticing chestnut brown colour. The substantial 12.4 % original gravity gives it its irresistibly pleasant taste, while its fresh, strong aroma reveals a hint of roasted malt.

Paulaner Hefe-Weissbier Kristallklar

The Paulaner crystal clear wheat beer is a clear filtrated beer. Sparklingly fresh and pleasantly intriguing, the delicate, fruity aroma arouses the senses and, compared to the naturally cloudy yeast wheat beer, has a more intensive malted wheat taste. It’s exactly what a crystal clear wheat beer should be - sparkling and refreshing: the “Champagne” of wheat beers.

Paulaner Pils

Paulaner Premium Pils is brewed in strict accordance with the traditional Pilsner method using only hops from the Hallertau region of Bavaria. This gives it its distinctive, harmonic taste of hops and the delicate bitter Pils aroma. While Pilseners originated from Bohemia, they were first created by a Bavarian brewer.

Paulaner St. Thomas

Our refreshing, pale bock beer only comes exclusively in a barrel. This bottom-fermented beer with its delicate, pleasant and original taste is a real Munich speciality. The strong amber gleam, full-bodied taste, malty aroma and fruity note characterise this beer of exceptional quality and maturity. The most delicate aroma hops from the Hallertau region of Bavaria give St. Thomas its pleasantly bitter note.
